We had an amazing time enjoying breakfast each morning and hitting the indoor pool after our daily adventures. The shuttle across the street made it super easy to get to ski spots and relax in the heated pool was a nice way to unwind. On the downside, I wish we had been informed earlier about the shuttle service to maximize our holiday fun! 😊

My stay was fantastic, especially since I was just a few steps away from Iron Bird Brewing Co for some delightful local brews and also only 500 meters from the Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum, which made my city explorations super easy and enjoyable. the staff were super friendly and my room was very spacious with the most comfortable bed ever.

My King Suite with Trundle Bed was spacious and clean! The fitness center impressed me with its cleanliness and all the equipment I needed to stay active. Plus, the location had fantastic food options, including a refreshing juice bar right outside! 🌟

Cozy Stay with Room for Improvement

We enjoyed our 2-night stay, though the king suite felt smaller than expected. The remote control for the TV was a hassle, but the staff did their best during breakfast chaos. A tip, arrive early for a better breakfast selection!

However, I faced some issues at check-in. There was confusion over my reservation, and it took a while to sort out. Also, the breakfast options could use improvement—the layout felt crowded, and the choices were limited. Overall, I had a good stay, but the morning meal could definitely be better.

Housekeeping isn't included and has to be requested, communicated only on a tiny slip of paper that can easily be overlooked. The breakfast experience was lacking with cold eggs and unpackaged items served with disposable cutlery. Additionally, staying in a disabled room had its inconveniences, including a leaking shower that pooled water across the floor.
